Emil Hajric: Hi Emil, I hope this feature development is not ended?
How a end user which is not logged in can export an article? I don't see any button to do that.
I saw an your help this "Please note that we keep internal sections of public articles removed from PDFs for data privacy reasons.".
I don't understand this, I would want a setting to set if I allow or not to export internal (categories/articles).

Guillaume SERTON: I agree; I would like an option for a reader to be able to produce a PDF.
Emil Hajric
Andrew Canion: Thx, we'll reconsider adding the option for end-users to download PDFs. Problem is just updating all your themes to have a Download as PDF button!

We're implementing glossary now, PDF export is next most likely
Becky Beall
Emil Hajric: omg please yes!! This allows our team to grab and send to incoming tickets instead of copy/paste!
Jason Rojas
Emil Hajric: Awesome!!
Emil Hajric
Becky Beall: Hi! Glad to hear this! Can you please tell me more about this? How would glossary of terms help your team w/ incoming tickets? Really curious
Becky Beall
Emil Hajric: Hi Emil! I thought this was for Export to PDF? Export to PDF is a HUGE help for our users at Lilypad - many of them might need quick access or the ability to download and e-mail How-Tos to Lilypad users or managers. We are also implementing How-To videos so having the PDFs make a great accompanying document. As for tickets, we use Salesforce for all incoming requests. If my team cannot hyperlink a user, then downloading PDFs that are branded and sending to the user is the next best thing.
Emil Hajric
Becky Beall: It's super easy for us to implement PDF. Please, allow us ~1-2 weeks, this feature is next, as it's easy

Emil Hajric: Will the PDF feature allow for accordions within an article to be exported as a PDF, as well? For example we used articles to talk about a specific section in our software, like a sidebar menu tab; however, within that article we made different accordions for each feature that sidebar menu tab has to offer so we wouldn't always need to export that whole article. Would the PDF export function only allow for the whole article or would we be able differentiate by the different accordions within that article?
Andrew Nicholls
I agree. I would also like this ability. It is important to be able to back to a readable file type.

For translation, the .csv export is fairly unworkable. Having a batch export to .pdf would allow us to have each article translated without manually downloading every-single-article that we have written, one by one...
Then we have the translated files (likely in a text format) that needs to be imported to language-x back in HelpJuice.
Richard Thompson
Agreed - we to need this PDF solution for all of the content listed under a category and all of its subcategories.
Patrycja ArismendiCorrea
Agree. We have implemented Helpjuice recently and got feedback from our staff they would like to have option to export an article to PDF. It would help us to share knowledge among our teams.

It would be good if we could export all content or selected articles... different options for export would be valuable
Emil Hajric
Thanks for all the upvotes, and questions. We're going to be launching this before end of this year. I'll try to push for by the end of November.
Jason Rojas
Emil Hajric: Thanks for working hard on this and pushing our request in a swift manner
Guillaume SERTON
Emil Hajric: Do you think you will be able to release it before the end of November?

Features requested :
- Export all articles from the kb (like the current export data) and get a simple PDF per article,
